If women in middle management are facing such significant challenges with the patriarchy at their level, how much more intense must it be at the top? What drives someone to aim for that level, and is it really worth the personal sacrifices for what often feels like little reward?Women are worn out. There's no peace, whether we stay at home or chase successful careers. I also believe people are increasingly focused on improving their daily lives. The old approach of selling dreams no longer appeals to talent. People are no longer interested in coming to work to "fight" or push themselves to the limit, only to continue struggling—whether financially or in receiving what they deserve.Support for women can't be confined to the workplace. It needs to extend across society. If we only support women at work, it becomes merely performative.*** G E T S O F F S O A P B O X ****

Cake & Charity!As a youth, I vividly recall watching movies and shows where HR was consistently portrayed as unfriendly, rigid, and pessimistic. However, my personal experience has been quite the opposite. In my role, we act as enablers, carefully considering various factors when offering recommendations or guidance. Our primary objective is to find solutions and say ‘yes.’ We pride ourselves on being approachable, attentive listeners, and nurturing professionals.
