What fusions make Arsene? ›

Once the DLC is installed, Arsène can be summoned through special fusion in the Velvet Room. Summoning Arsène requires Tam Lin, Jack-o'-Lantern and Neko Shogun.

Accepted Answer. Without treasure demons, Anubis and Tam Lin fuse to make Lachesis. With the fusion guide, remember to include what DLC persona you have, as that will change the results.

Each Persona has a base level — the number we've been referencing — and no matter what the levels are of the Personas you're fusing, the result will always arrive at the base level. So, simple enough: Sacrifice two or more Personas and make a stronger one.

You can beat the game with any persona if you put the time and money into it, but Arsene only has like 3 skills so anything else would need to be inherited from other personas through the gallows, you'd have a much harder time just using Arsene and your skill set would be very limited.

failed fusions? From my experience, they only seem to occur in tri fusions. But even then, they are pretty rare. They do occur in regular fusions, but Persona 3 rates for accidents are significantly rarer than in 4 and 5.

Should I fuse all Personas? ›

So, should you fuse your personas in Persona? The consensus seems to be that while it is not absolutely mandatory, it is highly recommended if you want to optimize your team's performance. Fusing personas allows you to create stronger allies with enhanced stats and access to more powerful abilities.

If you are exceeding the approximated level ranges when fusing two personas together (i.e., one is a higher level than what the fusion calculator is proposing for fusion material) then you will no longer be able to fuse for the desired persona.

On that note, Arsene is just one of the "components" used for fusion, there's zero reason to keep him in your inventory unless you really like him. Arsene's ultimate form is Satanael, which is story-related and thus you can only fuse him in NG+.

Fusing two of the same Arcana will result in a Persona of the same Arcana, however if there is no exact level match you go down instead of up. If that Persona is the same as one of the two used in fusion, the result will instead be the next Persona down in that Arcana.
