First of all, congratulate Riyadh Expo 2030 for hosting World Expo 2030, leading ahead of two other contenders; Expo 2030 Roma, and Busan.Busan happens to be my hometown, and I believe that I know a lot of benefits for the lively & beautiful city to attract the signature event. It has known for a representing tourism place in Korea with exotic view given from the ocean & beach, as well as the mild climate. Besides, it also has string industrial presence including its ports, shipbuilding, logistics, finance, and startup ecosystem. Throughout the history, the city built quality infrastructure to accomodate various type of tourists & events including the innovation & industry related. Readiness, climate, and things to enjoy could have been the competitivenesses of Busan whereas commitment, vision, and geopolitical trend definately on Riyadh, personal opinion. It clearly claims that KSA & MENA will have been a global leader in ESG & future. It has invested tremendous amount in ESG opportunities from all over the world and could afford more for the advanced initiatives. Riyadh Expo should be the catalyst for its efforts motivated & sustained for a long term and this is expected to affect the other parts of the world including Korea. Hope the bold progession for those initiatives to be handled with someone who is willing to & able to do the best!Again, wish this historical decision will benefit all of the human beings in the world! This is terrific news as the country continues to follow the Vision2030 path. KSA may have its detractors, and like all countries there are still areas requiring improvement, but there is no other country in the world that has set itself such clear aims and which is opening up to the rest of the global community with such speed. Socioeconomic shifts of this magnitude do not happen overnight and the planning and investments being made, even if they do not all come to fruition, are on an unprecedented scale. It is great to see.
