I brought the kids to sky zone because they been dying to go! Let me just say I love all the amenities they’ve build inside! These is definitely the best outing for all ages. Aside for an indoor trampoline park they offer so many arcade games, rock climbing and more. We were super impressed. To top every off the staff were exceptional— professionalism at its best. KATHRYN was outstanding! She greeted us as soon as we walked through the doors. She showed us the waiver computer and rung us right up! Skyzone Buford is 10/10. Thank you for having such a courteous and friendly staff such as Kathryn who always wear a smile for customers!

Honestly my first experience there... the in person customer service was initially dry and discouraging, BUT they warmed up to us. So much so, I have to give the staff who worked Friday morning 7/7 three thumbs up!!! Engaging, helpful ND at least cordial by the time we had been there 2 of our 5 hours! Thank you team for all you do. I know serving the public is not often easy but so,e of us just like to know things in detail, not trying to give you a hard time. Tidy facilities, and I love the lights on and open floor plan!!!!

Updating this review: I went inside to get the shirt & spoke to the manager while I was in there & she was literally so kind & helpful & understood my frustration. She said they are getting a timer for basketball & the water falling is getting fixed tomorrow. We will def come back & try again in the future because you can tell they do care about your experience.I’ve already did a form on the website about this but then started thinking again this morning that my son never got his birthday shirt or the “special gift” that he was supposed to get so then I got annoyed all over again.My son had his birthday party here yesterday. I spent over 500 dollars (425 on party and then extra food) just to be disappointed. No one showed us where our table was we just had to go look for the area and then find it…. They told us they were putting our ice cream in a freezer (I even called first to verify y’all would do this) and when it was time for cake and ice cream it was completely melted so that was a bust. It was NOT raining outside but was raining inside … in the table party area which caused our tables to be right on top of each other because of the rearrangement they had to do. And this wasn’t like a small leak this was full on water coming down THE ENTIRE TIME. The reason my son specifically wanted to come here was for the basketball area… we were there 2 hours and he didn’t get to play a single time because the same kids took it over the whole time. There was a worker in there but he never timed them or switched them out despite the fact there was a line of people HOPING to get to play. Another group of boys kept terrorizing my kids and were literally following them around trying to start a fight, their mom was notified and she told them to seperate but it did not.. I then brought it to an employees attention when I noticed them still following them to each area and the employee could care less. The only good parts was the upgrades they have put in, and our party host was nice. That’s it.

Lily was my sons party host and she was great! Anytime we needed her, it was easy to find her. She was very friendly and attentive.Thanks again Lily!

I am never going here again. I took my 5 girls to go jump and I was treated horribly! The manager, Abby made me put on socks to stand up by the jumping area to watch my girls. I was so confused because other parents were walking around in shoes, even the employees. I usually go to the one in Roswell, where they have chairs and bleachers right in front of the jumping areas. It is so dangerous nowadays. Many parents do not want to take their children to play and can not keep a close eye on their children. Also there were not any signs out front to advise parents of this "rule" that no one was following. This was a horrible experience for me.
