One-Hour Live Webinar Presentations brought to you in partnership with
ValuSource Software and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts

Webinar Time: 9am - 10am Pacific 10am-11am Mountain 11am - 12pm Central 12pm - 1pm Eastern

The Pluris DLOM Database
The Pluris DLOM is your best source of data for arriving at your discount for lack of marketability. Why? Because recent court decisions point to three key characteristics the courts like to see in the calculation of discount rates: * Data drawn from restricted stock studies * Data drawn from similar companies * Data drawn from recent transactions.
The Pluris DLOM is the largest restricted stock DLOM database available on the market today. It gives you the widest possible range of industries and company sizes. The data is updated quarterly to provide you with the most recent transactions for your valuations.

Learning Objectives
After completing this Webinar course participants will be able to:

  • Explain the database and why they are useful in business valuation
  • Explain what the data fields mean or cite their definitions
  • Employ filtering techniques to sort the data records
  • Utilize the data in a market method for valuation
